====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons allegedly killed the informant's son and threw the dead body under a bridge in order to conceal it.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence. The petitioner has been made an accused based on suspicion. During investigation, coaccused Sumit Kumar and Vikash Kumar @ Laddu Kumar confessed their involvement in the offence and disclosed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82828 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 name of this petitioner as an associate. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2025, and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of the accusation and the period of custody, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2025.
