2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 131/2024, arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the body of the deceased was found in the house of Lakhan Saw @ Ramlakhan Prasad. The allegation against the petitioner is that all the accused persons including the petitioner had called the deceased and killed him in the house of Lakhan Saw. It has come during investigation that the deceased used to take money for getting jobs to the gullible people and thereafter, he used to cheat the gullible people by promising job and taking money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had many enemies and he has been killed as stated earlier in the house of the Lakhan Saw, who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 27613 of 2024 and co-accused Arvind Kumar has also granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63953/2024. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, Jehanabad in connection with (S. Tr. No. 131/2024, arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023.
