The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 401 of 2017 dated 13.12.2017 (G.R. 769 of 17), registered for offences alleged under Sections 379 an 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation this petitioner was involved in theft of a motorcycle of the informant and was caught with the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and one opportunity may be given to him to mend his ways.

Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52633 of 2018 (3) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case stated hereinabove and considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 401 of 2017 (G.R. No. 796 of 2017), subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
