2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1539 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while committing dacoity, the criminals opened fire which hit three persons and out of those three persons, two person died.

4. The petitioner's role has come during investigation and he is accused in three more cases.

5. The petitioner has also been identified in the T.I. Parade, and he is in jail since 3.2.2023.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of committing a dacoity in which two persons were also killed and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
