====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 296 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners along with other named accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by poisoning her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioner no. 1 is Bhaisur and petitioner no. 2 is Behnoi of the deceased and they are simply victims of over-implication.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with allegation that they along with other accused persons killed the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
