JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite there being a named accused in Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, the Police authorities are not taking any steps to arrest him and that is a matter of concern for the petitioner because the person named in the FIR is the assailant who had attempted to kill the petitioner. Leaned counsel for the State is present.

At this stage, without going into the details, this Court would direct the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to review the case in question and issue necessary direction in the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2066 of 2018(2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 facts and circumstances of the case to the investigating officer. This application is disposed off with the aforesaid observation and direction.
