The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly the accused persons named in the FIR, having armed with lathi, danda and rod arrived at the house of informant and in consequence thereof, they abused and assaulted the informant. Further allegation is that they tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83394 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sushil Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S.
