In the supplementary affidavit, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner due to inadvertent mistake and wrong instruction of the Pairvikar. In light of the supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Arwal. Permission is accorded.
