2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted with iron rod on the left hand of the informant. As per injury report (Annexure - 2), the doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87889 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
