The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Considering that the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant on different occasions on assurance of marriage and when she became pregnant, he refused to marry her, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail. The application is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
