Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 4.8.2019 in connection with Bapudham Motihari Rail P.S. Case No. 26/2019 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the I.P.C..

Although, there is allegation that petitioner and others assaulted the informant by means of Lathi causing head injury to him but the aforesaid allegation is not specific against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
