The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No.732 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having kidnapped the victim girl with the intention to convert her into another religion and solemnize marriage of the coaccused, namely, Md. Rustam with the victim girl. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father of said co-accused Md. Rustam and he has got no complicity in the matter which would be apparent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76251 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 from the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., discussion thereof has been made in the impugned order dated 24.10.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 27.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No.732 of 2019.
