2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 61(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per FIR, petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant with iron rod on the hand, whereas petitioner no.2 assaulted the informant with axe on the head.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. as a matter of fact, it was family members of informant and 10 to 12 unknown person who entered the house of the petitioners and assaulted them with iron rod, farsa etc. five days prior the incident, brother of informant had demanded ransom amount of Rs.5 lacs from father of the petitioners with threats of dire consequences. Petitioners have filed supplementary affidavit seeking certain modification in prayer portion of the bail petition. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Juvenile Justice Board,
