Present review application is preferred by the original writ-petitioner on the basis of the subsequent development which has taken place after the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 19.12.2017 in Letters Patent Appeal No. 604 of 2016 to review and/or recall the reasoned order passed by this Court in the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal No. 604 of 2016.

4. The order passed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 604 of 2016 is sought to be reviewed/recalled on the basis of the subsequent development and/or the subsequent policy dated 13th April, 2018. Aforesaid cannot be a ground to file review application to review and/or recall the order which was passed much earlier. There is no error apparent on the face of
