1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52618 of 2025 to the extent of address of the petitioner as District - Darbhanga in place of District - Madhubani.
3. Mr. Ratnakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the supplementary affidavit submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the main bail petition the District - Madhubani in place of District - Darbhanga was mentioned so the petitioner could not surrender before the learned lower court which needs to be corrected as District - Darbhanga in place of District - Madhubani in the address of the petitioner. He prays
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81860 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 for further two weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.
4. Accordingly, in the address portion of the petitioner in the order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52618 of 2025 shall be read as District -Darbhanga in place of District - Madhubani and the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below is extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
