2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(A) A Mandamus commanding the respondent to appoint the Petititioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika Ward No. 6 centre No. 185, Gram Panchayat Raj, Kachhua Police Station Lakhnour, DistrictMadhubani. (B) Any other relief or relief's for which petitioner may be found entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the present case may be granted to her."

3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to pursue alternative remedy available to the petitioner.
