Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 725 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/10 Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981. Allegation against the petitioner is that he made to appear some other person at the competitive examination in his place.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that it takes a lot of hard work to crack a competitive exam and in order to maintain

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
