In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No.1056 of 2019, arising out of Singhwara P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
It has been alleged that 72 liters of liquor has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 17.10.2019 in the present case.

No.75169 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed and they are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd A.D.J-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No.1056 of 2019, arising out of Singhwara P.S. Case No.156 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a close relative. The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court. If the petitioners would repeat the same offence in future, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application for cancellation of their bail bonds.
