The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 8005 of 2019, arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case no. 285 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 24.400 liters of country made liquor kept in a bush behind the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the alleged illicit liquor recovered from the bush not from the house of petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the instigation of villager Phutus Yadav from whom the civil dispute is going on
