2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 354 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39926 of 2022 (Annexure - P1 to the present bail application).

4. The trial court report dated 11.01.2024 reveals that in this case, total seven charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined on behalf of the prosecution and the case is pending for statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C..

5. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
