The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 179/304 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he alongwith co-accused Raju Yadav, due to land dispute, has committed murder of the decesed. In view of aforesaid facts & circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
