2. Though the writ petition is not clearly framed but from the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that he was an employee of Bihar State Co-operative Marketing Union (hereinafter referred to as the 'BISCOMAUN').

3. As it has been settled by a Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited vs. State of Bihar and others reported as 2014(1) PLJR 695 that writ petition against a Co-operative Society is not maintainable and BISCOMAUN being a Co-operative Society

Patna High Court CWJC No.18976 of 2018 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 functioning under an elected Managing Committee, the present writ application clearly is not maintainable.
