The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Special Case No. 8850 of 2019 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 17 litres of illicit country made Mahua liquor from a vegetable market. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76221 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 and they are having clean antecedents. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 06.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 8850 of 2019 arising out of Khushrupur P.S.
