2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 397 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 379, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the father of the informant was at his home, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner, equipped with lathi and danda, came there and demanded Rs. 2 lacs as ransom. On protest, co-accused Vinay Kumar assaulted him (father of the informant) on his head and the petitioner assaulted on his leg with a stick, as a result, his leg was broken. Further, co-accused Mukesh Kumar and wife of coaccused Vinay Kumar took away Rs. 2 lac cash from his house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the father of the informant on his leg but as per medical report, no injury was found on his leg which falsifies the allegation against the petitioner.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Masaudhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 397 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
