The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the possession of co-accused Mukesh Shukla and he disclosed to the police that this petitioner was the person who fled away from the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of
