This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 20.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24689 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order, along with a joint affidavit.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order, a joint affidavit was to be filed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3751 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 petitioner at the time of furnishing the bail bonds, but the joint affidavit could not be prepared within the time and the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below. He further submits that the joint affidavit is, now, ready and accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 20.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24689 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
