2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 80 of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the daughter of the informant namely, Poonam Kumari (deceased) was married to one Shyam Sundar Yadav. It is alleged that Poonam Kumari was being subjected to cruelty on account of nonfulfillment of dowry demand. On 14.05.2025 the informant received information from the villagers that his daughter has died. When the informant reached there, he found that his daughter is lying dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. Main thrust of allegation is against the husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 11.07.2025. Learned counsel has lastly submitted that the husband who is having main thrust of allegation, is already in custody.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the bail to the petitioners and has submitted that the death was caused by strangulation.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai.
