The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 143/304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has played no role in the instant case. she is a lady and aged about more than 60 years. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned A.D.J. VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Naygaon P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53952 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 69 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
