JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by a judgment of this Court dated 17.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17670 of 2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed and the respondent University is directed to treat the petitioner as absorbed employee and restore the same status and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner treating him as absorbed employee within a period of four months.
