The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 188, 332, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the statement made in paragraph-3, it appears that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, anticipatory bail prayer of petitioner is hereby dismissed. However, dismissal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in the event, the petitioner surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the
