====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Nobody appears for opposite party no.2 in spite of valid service of notice on her.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/323/494/504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to intervention of well wishers of both parties the dispute has been resolved and they have decided to live separately. A copy of panchnama dated 26.6.2019 is annexed with the bail petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within
