The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018 registered under Sections 30/30A, 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that from the Seizure List, it appears that the seized articles have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner.
