The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018 registered under Sections 30/30A, 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that from the Seizure List, it appears that the seized articles have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.54199 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanpur) P.S.
