The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur (Ranga O.P.) P.S. case No. 274 of 2018 registered under Section 30 (A) 1 38(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

28 liters of semi manufactured liquor and one liter country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 17.07.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. case No. 274 of 2018.
