This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 26.11.2015 concerned with Complaint Case No. 2607/15 Old Trial No. 16825/15, New Trial No. 1690/19 dated 18.09.2015, whereby and where under the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (East), has taken cognizance under Section 420 of the I.P.C.

3. Both the parties have settled their disputes. The opposite party no.2 has encashed the cheque of Rs.3,32,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77103 of 2019(7) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only).

4. In these circumstances, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, order of cognizance dated 26.11.2015 concerned with Complaint Case No.2607/2015 old Trial No.16825/2015, New Trial No.1690/19 dated 18.09.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (East) is hereby quashed.
