2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63510 of 2019 in respect of the name of village and police station in the address of the petitioner no. 6 as "village Parei, P.S. Shikarganj" in place of "resident of Dhanauji, P.S. Pakaridayal". A prayer has also been made for extension of time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioner no. 6 before the learned Court below in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the name of the village and police station "Dhanauji, P.S.Pakaridayal" was inadvertently mentioned in the address of the petitioner no. 6 in the bail petition in place of correct village "Parei, P.S. Shikarganj" and accordingly such error was carried in the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63510 of 2019.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner no. 6, the village name and police station in the address of the petitioner no. 6 be read as "village Parei, P.S. Shikarganj" The time granted to the petitioner no. 6 for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
