19-06-2024 Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State and Mr. Anamul Haque, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this bail petition, the dispute between the parties has been resolved outside this Court. Now, no dispute subsists between the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 611 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
