2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 08.09.2025 passed in Mutation Case No. 748 R 27/20252026/Lalganj by the Respondent Revenue Officer, Lalganj, District- Vaishali at
Patna High Court CWJC No.18306 of 2025(4) dt.04-05-2026 2/3 Hajipur, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for mutation of the land bearing plot no. 142 under Khata No.335, measuring an area of 30 decimals out of 45 decimals of land in aggregate, falling under Mauza- Bakhara Buzurg, Circle Lalganj in the district of Vaishali at Hajipur (hereinafter referred to the as 'the land in question' for brevity) has been dismissed and further for issuance of a consequential writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to mutate the land in question after creating a separate Zamabandi therein, in strict compliance of the order dated 23.01.2023 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 256/2022-23 by the Court of Learned Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hajipur (L.R.D.C. Hajipur for short) as affirmed by Order dated 24.01.2025 passed in Mutation Revision Case No. 453/2022-23 (Chandeshwar

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 4, LRDC, Vaishlai at Hajipur in next four weeks.
