This petition is filed for restoration of Civil Revision No.309 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 08.08.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.08.2018, the hawker of the daily cause list did not supply the cause list to the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner could not mark the case.

Taking into consideration the facts, the restoration petition is allowed. Civil Revision No.309 of 2016 is restored to its original file and ordered to be listed under the heading 'For Admission' forthwith.
