2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 65(2), 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and section 4, 8, 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 lodged on 12.09.2024 by the informant, Anil Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his daughter X (10 years old) complained that while she had gone near a pond, this petitioner took her by alluring Rs. 10/- and a chocolate and then behind the bush, raped her. She was also assaulted and threatened not to inform anyone. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner tries to impress upon this Court that false narrative has been made, the petitioner is innocent.

5. Learned APP has pointed out that the story of a 10 years old child cannot be disbelieved.

6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can be granted, the bail application stands rejected.
