The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 538C/2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners has no criminal antecedent. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is totally false. He further submits that the petitioner and informant are co-sharer and there is land dispute between them and as a pressure tactics the present case has been registered to influence the pending case. Earlier mother of the petitioner lodged criminal case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53911 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 against the informant side.
Having regard to the facts that the petitioners and complainant are Gotiya and there is case and counter case in connection with the land dispute, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Shri M.K. Pandey, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.538C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
