JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prashant Kumar.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
