Petitioner seeks bail in Patna Rail P.S. Case No.535 of 2019 (Spl. Case No.8685 of 2019) registered under Section 273 of the IPC and under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

When the petitioner got down from the train and on suspicion his trolley bag was searched, 27 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of 27 litres of liquor, the petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
