The State has filed its counter affidavit and is kept on record.
A grievance has been raised by the petitioner that he is reeling under suspension since February, 2017 and after enquiry, the Enquiry Officer has not found the charge proved against the petitioner vide enquiry report dated 26.9.2017 but, till date, the authority concerned has not taken a final decision in the matter.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16874 of 2018(2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 As the proceeding is at an advance stage of closure and the same has remained pending till date, let the authority concerned should conclude the entire process of enquiry proceeding within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
