Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.307 of 2018 (GR No.2961 of 2018) for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Rihan, son of informant Noorjan went to play outside the house but he did not return till evening then informant and her family members started searching and dead body of Rihan was found in cannel. Informant raised suspicion against petitioner, Guriya Khatoon and Sajra Khatoon having hand in the murder of her son. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73126 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 the FIR, it would appear that informant is not eye witness of the occurrence rather she raised suspicion only on the basis of family dispute against petitioner and Sajara Khatoon. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, Guriya Khatoon, be released on bail, in the event of pre-arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.307 of 2018 (GR No.2961 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) sanjeev/- U T
