The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner along with other accused persons started to torture the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The ornaments of the informant is also said to have been snatched away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has

Learned counsel for the state opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ankita Jaiswal, learned A.C.J.M.-Vth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
