The petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 04.10.2023 passed in Special Case No. 15 of 2010 arising out of Vigilance PS Case No. 20/2010 by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna whereby the learned court below has been pleased to reject the discharge petition filed by the petitioner under section 239 of the CrPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to raise all the points before the concerned court.

4. Granting said liberty, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
