The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction for disposal of appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 10.06.2006 as contained in Memo No.570, issued under the signature of respondent no.3, the Sub-divisional Officer, Bettiah Sadar, West Champaran by which the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition as the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of. It is further submitted that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23492 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 petitioner may be permitted to file revision petition against the appellate order.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file revision petition provided under the statute before the appropriate authority.
