2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024 instituted under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and his family members by means of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83287 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 lathi, danda and dagger due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation of the present case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
