2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was returning after collection of cash, in the meantime, six miscreants on Pulsor bike and Hero HF Deluxe bike, intercepted the informant and on the point of pistol, snatched his bag containing his mobile phone, cash of Rs. 49,980, PAN card, Adhar card, Driving License, ATM Cards and other documents and thereafter, they fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, one Dinesh Sahni was apprehended and given his confessional statement. The name of the petitioner has surfaced
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84124 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 on the basis of the confessional statement of Dinesh Sahni. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Learned counsel for petitioner has brought to the order of coordinate Bench of this Court dated 13.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60317 of 2021 in which he was granted anticipatory bail but as he could not surrender within time, he was arrested. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.09.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that he was already granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Muzuffarpur.
