The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.125 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 74, 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the victim, but the matter has been compromised between the parties and in this regard, a compromise petition has also been filed in the Court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria / concerned Court below, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.125 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and further to the condition that the compromise is supported by the informant in the Court below at the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner. 6.

The certified copy of the compromise petition is taken on record.
